Dawn was everything we needed in a realtor. She tells you everything you need to know even if it wasn’t on your mind. She’s been in the business for a long time and she knows all the “ins and outs”, which means she easy to trust. My husband and I were looking for a home to start our family in and she never wasted our time in showing us homes she knew we wouldn’t like. She’s not just trying to get a buy or sale, but also making sure you are happy in your new home. She not only helped us find our very first home, but also was there for us to help sell it! She was an amazing resource and knew exactly what price we should sell our home for the most value. Our home sold within the day it was put on the market! She then continued to work alongside us as we went through the process of buying a custom home with a builder. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. On our new build, she was very productive in finding a builder that we were comfortable working with but also made sure we had everything we wanted. Even after we closed on our new home, Dawn has been a wonderful resource to us for anything and everything we need. We couldn’t be happier working with Dawn and the great experience she brings when buying or selling a house.
